Right click the File GeoDatabase > Import > FeatureClass (note: you can also import multiple FeatureClasses)
Input feature: Navigate to the folder where the shapefile is saved by clicking the browse button.
Output location is automatic to the Geodatabase that we right clicked.
Output Feature Class: type in an appropriate name (same name rules apply).
If the shapefile you have added has many fields, you can decide which to include or which to delete, or you can add new ones here as well.
Click OK, wait for the processing to complete.
Open the Geodatabase in Catalog to see the result.
