How to Change Data Draw Order

  1. Examine data order in the table of contents on the left.
  2. Notice what layers are above and below the other layers.
  3. These layers draw on screen in the order they are shown in the table of contents.
  4. If polygon layers are above other layers, they will cover them up and they will not be visible.
  5. Re-arrange them appropriately by simply clicking and dragging the data up or down in the list.
